We provide beach towels, six chairs, a large cooler, a beach wagon, and an umbrella. Additionally, beach toys are available for the little ones to have fun! ⛱ - There are outlet covers, two pack-and-plays, and a highchair for travelers with young children. If you're flying into TPA, please look into Our Little Suitcase if you’d like to rent additional baby equipment. 🚼 - The washing machine and dryer are in the garage, discreetly tucked away. Rest assured that your laundry detergent needs are being taken care of. 🫧 - ❄️ AC INFO: When using the air conditioning between May and August, kindly avoid setting it below 75°F from noon to 8 PM, and remember to adjust it to 78°F when leaving the property. This practice allows the AC to defrost and operate more effectively in the evening. - Swimming and pool usage carries inherent risks, and by using the pool, you waive any liability. - Kindly refrain from using bath or pool towels at the beach. - Ensure beach chairs, wagon, and umbrella are returned after each use (located in the garage). - Avoid spraying sunscreen inside the house. - Only flush toilet paper down the toilet. - Leave all dishes clean if used during your stay. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. - Please observe quiet hours after 10:00 P.M. - ❄️ AC INFO: Please refrain from setting the air conditioning below 75°F between noon and 8 PM from May to August. Remember to adjust it to 78°F when you leave the property. This helps the AC defrost and perform better in the evening. Failure to comply may result in repair charges during your stay. 🐶 Pet Policy: - Dog must weigh 35 lbs or less. - Dogs are not permitted on furniture, particularly the bed. - Dogs are not allowed in the pool. - Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. - Before entering the unit, please clean off your pet to prevent indoor muddy, wet, or sandy paws. - By confirming your stay, guests acknowledge and agree that Sunshine Escapes IRB reserves the right to charge for damages, additional cleaning, or flea treatment resulting from a pet's actions. - Kindly check the outdoor area for pet waste before departing. - We are committed to providing guests with a clean and secure environment.
